Day 1 | Airport > Polonnaruwa
Drive: Approx. 4 hours

Upon your arrival at the airport, you’ll be greeted by your guide and driven to the historic city of Polonnaruwa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After settling into your accommodation, relax and refresh or take the opportunity to explore the ancient ruins that once served as Sri Lanka's capital. The vast ruins of palaces, temples, and statues make this an essential destination for history enthusiasts.

Day 2 | Polonnaruwa > Minneriya > Sigiriya
Drive: Approx. 2 hours

After breakfast, begin your day with a visit to Minneriya National Park for a thrilling jeep safari. The park is renowned for its large herds of elephants that roam freely across the park’s vast landscapes. After your wildlife adventure, continue to Sigiriya, where you’ll hike up Pidurangala Rock for spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding area and the famous Sigiriya Rock Fortress in the distance.

Day 3 | Sigiriya > Dambulla > Kandy
Drive: Approx. 3 hours

Start the day by climbing the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, where you’ll explore ancient frescoes, landscaped gardens, and enjoy breathtaking views from the top. Next, head to the Dambulla Cave Temple, a series of caves filled with impressive Buddha statues and vibrant wall paintings. On your way to Kandy, stop at a spice garden to learn about Sri Lanka’s famous spices and their significance in both cooking and medicine.

Day 4 | Kandy > Ella
Drive: Approx. 3.5 hours

In Kandy, start the day with a visit to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, one of the holiest sites in Sri Lanka, where you can see the revered tooth relic of Lord Buddha. Then, explore the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya, renowned for its beautiful orchids and lush greenery. In the afternoon, make your way to Ella, a picturesque hill town known for its natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere.

Day 5 | Ella > Yala
Drive: Approx. 3 hours

At the airport you will be greeted by our Jetwing Representative and your chauffeur guide who will take you to Negombo. Rest and recoup from jet lag, you have days of excitement ahead. When convenient, your chauffeur guide will familiarise you with what to expect while cycling on a Sri Lankan road. We encourage you to ride about the town and see some interesting sights and landmarks. Afterwards, chill out on the golden sands of Negombo beach and prepare for days of riding to come.

Day 6-7 | Yala > Mirissa
Drive: Approx. 3.5 hours

After a thrilling safari, head to Mirissa, a beach paradise on Sri Lanka’s southern coast. Spend the next two days relaxing on its pristine beach. Enjoy the opportunity to go whale and dolphin watching, one of the top activities in this coastal town. Alternatively, visit Coconut Tree Hill, a scenic viewpoint offering breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding coastline.

Day 8-9 | Mirissa > Sinharaja
Drive: Approx. 2.5 hours

After relaxing in Mirissa, continue your journey to Sinharaja Rainforest, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the dense jungle with a guided trek, where you’ll see unique wildlife, birds, and endemic plants. In addition to the rainforest experience, you’ll get a taste of local life in a nearby village, offering insights into Sri Lanka’s rural traditions and culture.

Day 10 | Sinharaja > Bentota
Drive: Approx. 2 hours

Leaving the rainforest behind, head to Bentota, a beautiful coastal town. Here, you’ll visit the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery, where efforts are made to protect endangered sea turtles. Then, embark on a relaxing boat safari along the Madu River, which flows through serene mangrove forests and is home to a variety of bird species and local wildlife

Day 11 | Bentota > Colombo
Drive: Approx. 1.5 hours

On your penultimate day, you’ll travel to Colombo, Sri Lanka’s vibrant capital. Explore some of the city’s most significant landmarks, including the Gangaramaya Temple, a major Buddhist temple, and Independence Square, a place that commemorates Sri Lanka’s independence from colonial rule. You can also indulge in some shopping or visit a local market. When convenient, your chauffeur guide will familiarise you with what to expect while cycling on a Sri Lankan road. We encourage you to ride about the town and see some interesting sights and landmarks. Afterwards, chill out on the golden sands of Negombo beach and prepare for days of riding to come.

Day 12 | Colombo > Airport
Drive: Approx. 35 minutes

Wrap up your Sri Lankan adventure with a bit of last-minute shopping in Colombo. Before heading to the airport, visit the Lotus Tower, one of the tallest structures in Sri Lanka, offering panoramic views of the city.
